ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
User Researcher
Conducted research with IBM Z clients, sales and enablement teams and technical implementors.
The goal was to understand how this new pricing model would redefine our clients process for product procurement, our IBM sales and implementing team and identify area of improvement.
Collaborated with team Engineers and Project Managers to identify key research goals, strategize execution and plan research questions.
Delivered research study results to IBM Z Pricing executives that contained design recommendations for improving the overall end to end experience.
