ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
User Researcher

  • Conducted research with IBM Z clients, sales and enablement teams and technical implementors.

  • The goal was to understand how this new pricing model would redefine our clients process for product procurement, our IBM sales and implementing team and identify area of improvement.

  • Collaborated with team Engineers and Project Managers to identify key research goals, strategize execution and plan research questions.

  • Delivered research study results to IBM Z Pricing executives that contained design recommendations for improving the overall end to end experience.
